Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product please email support@versusathletics.ca with the subject line "Return". Please include your receipt or order number in the email. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. 

Our team meticulously inspect every order that is shipped, but if you happen to get a product that is damaged then please email us at support@versusathletics.ca with a picture and description of the damaged product. You will be required to return the product and we will refund your money or give you a store credit. 

The customer must cover all returns costs unless otherwise instructed by a member of our support team.

You as the customer, are liable for your parcel until the moment it reaches our offices. We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery to avoid any issues with your return reaching us.

Product that are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

  • Any items that have been washed

  • Socks 

  • Underwear

Please take reasonable care of all products that you wish to return, we trust that our customers returning products in good faith and will not misuse our return policy.
